Challenge
Large events create thousands of signals across registration, check-in, sessions, surveys, and lead capture, but organisers often see those signals too late. The product problem was to frame an event platform that moves beyond administration and helps teams understand what is happening, what is likely to happen next, and where to act.
Approach
The thinking started with the decision moments: who needs the signal, when the signal becomes useful, and what action should follow. The experience was shaped around three layers: an executive command center for live event health, an intelligence layer that translates activity into recommendations, and a market-facing journey that explains the platform without burying the product in feature noise.
Outcome
Eventintel became a clear product narrative for an enterprise event intelligence platform. The concept connects operational workflows, AI summaries, audience forecasting, lead scoring, and buyer education into one coherent system, showing how event data can become practical product value instead of a passive reporting layer.
